Thrive is a program of Practical Resilience for Stress Management. It is a hands-on program that ensures the key learnings are sustained to maximize return on investment.
Thrive is an in-house program that leverages the latest breakthrough neuroscience research to develop your team and equip them with skills, behaviours and attitudes required to meet the demands of a rapidly changing business world.
The program will educate and train participants to develop positive strategies to manage stress, increase performance and foster work life balance.
Expected program outcomes include:
- reduce the number of days per worker lost to stress each year
- create a more robust and resilient workforce
- decrease stress and low mood in the workplace
- increase productivity
- improve positivity
- decrease absenteeism and presenteeism (when staff are at work but are not productive)
- increase engagement levels
Sustainability
Like all OHS programs Thrive has been developed to provide sustainable changes that can be maintained after the implementation phase has been completed. A key part of the Thrive program focuses on ensuring key principles and strategies are embedded for long lasting outcomes.
